Modern Family Garden Design, Chilton Polden, Somerset

This large project involved turning an overgrown sloping unusable garden into a multi levelled modern family garden design with a lawn, decking entertaining area with pergola, rendered raised beds with tropical planting, wide feature steps and a contemporary Sawn sandstone patio. LED spike lighting has been used throughout the garden to highlight various plants and features, with stainless steel up/down lights attached to the new fencing to provide subtle ambient light to enjoy the garden at night.

A Corten steel water feature provides the gentle sound of running water, and a slate clad feature wall adds a real wow factor hidden away in the planting beds.
